I am professional qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, offering counselling face-to-face in the Cotswolds as well as by phone or video.

I am an Integrative therapist, using several different approaches including Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories which gives greater flexibility in providing unique therapy to each individual. I have a degree in Therapeutic Counselling, and am member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work according to the guidance of the BACP’s Ethical Framework.

I have experience in counselling throughout the Cotswolds including working with charitable organisations.
